Shipping cost
At ARICO, we value our customer satisfaction by offering free (standard) delivery on arico.ca for all orders of $50.00 or more to be delivered in Quebec or Ontario. Delivery costs include preparation, packaging and postage. All our products are delivered "ready to use", no assembly is required.
delivery time
Orders for in-stock products require three to nine business days to process, plus delivery time. Note that arico.ca is not responsible for delivery delays caused by our carriers (GLS Canada, Délivro, Expedi-Bus, Nationex, Poste Canada, CanPar, Purolator, UPS Canada, FedEx).
During sales periods (promotion on arico.ca) and from December 15 to 31, delivery times may be longer due to the high volume of orders.
**Arico.ca cannot under any circumstances be held responsible for a delivery delay for the holiday period (Christmas and New Year's Day) from December 15 of each year.
Return/Refund of goods
Arico.ca guarantees that all of its products are delivered new and without defects. If an item turns out to be defective or does not conform to the order, an exchange or return is possible within 10 days following the date of receipt of the order. No refund or exchange for a request made after the 10 days will only be accepted. Note that additional time will be allocated for the holiday period.
Any product purchase at a discount or made during a promotion is considered final sale, and cannot be returned or refunded.
To initiate a return, exchange or refund, contact us by email at sav@arico.ca or by phone at 418-455-9749 indicating your order number and the reason for your return.
- The delivery costs for the return of the goods are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable, an administration fee of up to 20% of the total order may be charged (as the case may be) for a product return/refund. These costs will be calculated based on the charges incurred by arico.ca upon delivery and receipt of the returned goods and deducted from the refund.
- The customer can return the goods himself (at his own expense), to: 1285 rue des Ardennes, Québec, Qc, G1N0A4.

In the event of cancellation of an order while it is being delivered (already shipped by arico.ca); Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and an administration fee of 2.5% will be charged.
When making a return, the arico.ca after-sales service team will assist the customer and provide a return shipping voucher. A pickup appointment at the customer's residence will be scheduled if applicable, and return shipping will then be deducted from the refund.
Please note, any ARICO product purchased on arico.ca is considered delivered in perfect condition and must be returned as delivered. The arico.ca team reserves the right to inspect the cover upon return. All products that are not returned in their original condition will be refused and returned at the customer's expense.
