Delivery costs

We deliver our products all over Canada, except for the following regions:

  • Yukon
  • Northwest Territories
  • Nunavut

Delivery is free anywhere in Canada *for our accessories and all our Junior size bean bags (for any order of $75+tx or more, on regular priced items).

For all our adult size bean bags (oversized packages): Delivery is free exclusively in Quebec and Ontario. Delivery charges apply for these products for Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, and the Maritime provinces:

Adult Lounge: $35 / Adult Classic and Adult Ergo: $65

Our delivery charges cover the preparation, packaging, and postage of your order. All our products arrive ready to use, with no assembly required.

Remote areas : If your delivery address is in a remote area, a surcharge may be applied to ensure delivery. We will contact you directly to discuss the available options, and if you accept this surcharge, we will proceed with shipping your order.

Post office box: Your order will be refused if you have provided a post office box as the delivery address OR if our carrier identifies your address as a PO Box. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.

Order Cancellation : We reserve the right to cancel an order if the destination is in an area not covered by our carriers. Before any cancellation, our team will contact you to offer the best possible solutions.

Promotion Periods : During our exceptional promotion periods (e.g.: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, etc.), a delivery surcharge 'may be applied on orders shipped outside of Quebec and Ontario. This surcharge specifically applies to Adult Lounge, Adult Classic and Adult Ergo, due to the size of the packages, which are considered oversized by our carrier. As a result, additional fees are directly applied to cover the cost of shipping these bulky items during promotional periods. Promotional codes and promotions and/or discounts on items are not cumulative. (Example: if you have a 5% promo code on the amount of your order, you will not be able to use it during a site promotion like Black Friday and/or on an item already on sale).

Your order will be processed by our team within 1 to 2 business days.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Quebec and Ontario : 1 to 4 business days
  • Other provinces : 5 to 10 business days

Exceptional promotional periods (e.g.: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day): During these periods, due to the high volume of orders, additional delays of 1 to 8 business days may be required.

Important : ARICO cannot be held responsible for delivery delays during the holiday season (Christmas and New Year), starting from December 15 of each year, as well as delays related to a public holiday.


Returns and Exchanges

We guarantee that all our products are delivered new and without defects. If an item is defective or not in accordance with your order, you can request a exchange or a refund within 10 days of receiving your order.

Important : No return or exchange requests will be accepted after this deadline. An additional period may be granted during the holiday season.


Refund

We accept returns and refunds under certain conditions. Fees may apply depending on the circumstances:

  • Products must be new, without defects, and in their original packaging.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. Please note that shipping costs can account for up to 30% of the total order, depending on the region.
  • Any refund request will be accepted only within the 10 days following the purchase.
  • Proof of delivery charges (outbound and return) can be provided upon request for any re-invoicing.
  • No return fee will be charged if the product is delivered in person to our manufacturing facility located at 1285, rue des Ardennes, Québec, G1N 0A4.
  • Promotional products or purchased at a discounted price are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

Once the product is returned and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5 business days, via the payment method used at the time of purchase.
