Delivery Fees
We deliver our products throughout Canada, except for the following regions:
- Newfoundland and Labrador
- Yukon
- Northwest Territories
- Nunavut
Delivery is free throughout Canada *for our accessories and all our Junior size bean bags (for any order of $75+tax or more, on regular priced items).
For all our Adult size bean bags (oversized parcels): Delivery is free exclusively in Quebec and Ontario. Delivery fees apply for these products in Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, and the Maritime provinces:
Adult Lounge: $35 / Adult Classic and Adult Ergo: $65
Our delivery fees cover the preparation, packaging, and postage of your order. All our products arrive ready to use, with no assembly required.
Remote areas : If your delivery address is in a remote area, a surcharge may be applied to ensure delivery. We will contact you directly to discuss available options, and if you accept this surcharge, we will proceed with shipping your order.
PO Box: Your order will be refused if you have indicated a PO Box as the delivery address OR if our carrier identifies your address as a PO Box. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
Order cancellation : We reserve the right to cancel an order if the destination is in a region not covered by our carriers. Before any cancellation, our team will contact you to offer the best possible solutions.
Promotional periods : During our exceptional promotional periods (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, etc.), a delivery surcharge may be applied on orders shipped outside Quebec and Ontario. This surcharge specifically concerns Adult Lounge, Adult Classic and Adult Ergo products, due to the parcel size, which are considered oversized by our carrier. Consequently, additional fees are directly applied to cover the shipping cost of these bulky items during promotional periods. Promotional codes and promotions and/or item discounts cannot be combined. (Example: if you have a 5% promo code on your order amount, you cannot use it during a site promotion like Black Friday and/or on an already discounted item).
Delivery Time
Your order will be processed by our team within 1 to 2 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on the destination:
- Quebec and Ontario : 1 to 4 business days
- Other provinces : 5 to 10 business days
Exceptional promotional periods (e.g., Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day): During these periods, due to the high volume of orders, additional delays of 1 to 8 business days may be necessary.
Important : ARICO cannot be held responsible for delivery delays during the holiday season (Christmas and New Year's), starting from December 15 each year, as well as delays related to public holidays.
Returns and Exchanges
We guarantee that all our products are delivered new and defect-free. If an item is defective or does not conform to your order, you may request an exchange or refund within 10 days of receiving your order.
Important : No return or exchange requests will be accepted after this period. An extended period may be granted during the holiday season.
Refund
We accept returns and refunds under certain conditions. Fees may apply depending on the circumstances:
- Products must be new, defect-free, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility and are non-refundable. Note that delivery fees can represent up to 30% of the total order, depending on the region.
- Any refund request will only be accepted within 10 days of purchase.
- Proof of delivery fees (round trip) can be provided upon request for any re-billing.
- No return fees will be charged if the product is returned in person to our factory located at 1285, rue des Ardennes, Québec, G1N 0A4.
- Promotional products or items purchased at a reduced price are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
Once the product is returned and inspected, the refund will be processed within 5 business days, via the payment method used at purchase.
