Shipping cost
We deliver our products across Canada, except for the following regions:
- Yukon
- Northwest Territories
- Nunavut
Delivery is free everywhere in Canada *for our accessories and all our Junior size bean bags (for orders of $75+tx or more, on regular priced items).
For all our adult size bean bags (oversized packages): Delivery is free exclusively in Quebec and Ontario. Delivery charges apply for these products to Manitoba, Saskatchewan, Alberta, British Columbia, and the Maritime provinces:
Lounge Adult: $25 / Classic Adult: $50 / Ergo Adult: $50
Our delivery charges cover the preparation, packaging and postage of your order. All our products arrive ready to use, with no assembly required.
Remote Areas : If your delivery address is in a remote area, a surcharge may be applied in order to guarantee delivery. We will contact you directly to discuss the options available, and if you accept this surcharge, we will proceed to dispatch your order.
PO Box: Your order will be refused if you have indicated a PO Box as your delivery address OR if our carrier identifies your address as a PO box. Unfortunately, we are unable to deliver to PO boxes.
Order Cancellation: We reserve the right to cancel an order if the destination is located in a region not covered by our carriers. Before any cancellation, our team will contact you to offer you the best possible solutions.
Promotion Periods: During our exceptional promotion periods (e.g.: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day, etc.), a delivery surcharge 'may be applied' on orders shipped outside of Quebec and Ontario. This surcharge specifically applies to products Adult Lounge, Adult Classic and Adult Ergo, due to the size of the packages, which are considered oversized by our carrier. As a result, additional fees are directly applied to cover the cost of shipping these bulky items during promotional periods. Promotional codes and promotions and/or discounts on items are not cumulative. (Example: if you have a promo code for 5% off your order amount, you will not be able to use it during a site promotion like Black Friday and/or on an item already on sale).
Delivery delays
Your order will be processed by our team within 1 to 2 business days.
Delivery times vary depending on destination:
- Quebec and Ontario : 1 to 4 business days
- Other provinces : 5 to 10 business days
Exceptional promotional periods (e.g.: Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Boxing Day): During these periods, due to the high volume of orders, additional delays ranging from 1 Up to 8 business days may be needed.
Important : ARICO cannot be held responsible for delivery delays during the holiday period (Christmas and New Year), from December 15 each year, as well as deadlines linked to statutory holidays.
Returns and Exchanges
We guarantee that all our products are delivered new and without defects. If an item is defective or not in accordance with your order, you can request a exchange or a refund within 10 days of receiving your order.
Important : No return or exchange requests will be accepted after this deadline. Extra time may be granted during the holiday season.
Refund
We accept returns and refunds under certain conditions. Fees may apply depending on the circumstances:
- The products must be new, without defects, and in their original packaging.
- Return costs are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable. Note that delivery charges may be up to 30% of the order total, depending on region.
- Any refund request will be accepted only within 10 days of purchase.
- Proof of delivery costs (out and back) can be provided upon request for any re-invoicing.
- No return costs will be charged if the product is delivered by hand to our factory located at 1285, rue des Ardennes, Québec, G1N 0A4.
- Products on promotion or purchased at a discounted price are considered final sale and are not can be returned or refunded.
Once the product has been returned and inspected, the refund will be made within 5 business days, via the payment method used during purchase.
